I was contacted today by Richard Kershaw of WhoIsHostingThis.com who wrote to suggest a great web article called What Is Web Hosting, Exactly? Everything You Wanted To Know".

It is a very thorough introduction to the different types of web hosting that are available.

His web site has a lot of very useful resources. Everything from cookies to .htacces to pattern generators.

Another useful reference source.

I have recently shifted to working on the front end - of a headless project. And a crash course in CSS 3.0 and HTML5.

A lot has changed in 10 years. Back in 2009, it was XHTML, CSS 2.0 for me and no use of Javascript.

So I'm planning to learn along the way. Also checking out Web Accessibility requirements for screen readers etc.
